I love building teams and products from scratch - that’s where I thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology, helping businesses turn ambitious ideas into impactful digital solutions.

My journey started with a deep dive into innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, followed by a master’s in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management at Imperial College London. From there, I gained hands-on experience in consulting at KPMG in Vienna and 3H Partners in London, tackling complex innovation and strategy challenges.

At Deloitte Digital, I spent three years as a Customer Experience Strategist and Design Lead, building high-performing teams and driving CX transformations for major clients. But my entrepreneurial mindset kept pushing me forward- I’ve founded multiple companies, always driven by the passion to create from the ground up.

In 2024, I launched bontiQ to equip companies with top-tier digital talent and help them build outstanding teams and products. Whether it’s crafting seamless customer experiences, solving strategic challenges, or assembling the right minds to drive innovation - I bring a hands-on, pragmatic approach to make it happen.
